Frozen Fruit Salad

This is among my favorites. My sister makes something like this every year during the holidays, but hers is not frozen. You can leave out the nuts if you like. If you like cream cheese you will love it. My daughter has fallen in love with cream cheese recipes. This is a great one to try out.

Frozen Fruit Salad

8 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sugar
1 can (16-20 oz) Pineapple
tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)
1 large container Whipped Cream topping (13 oz)
1 10 oz pkg Strawberries,, thawed.

Beat sugar into cream cheese. Combine the rest of the ingredients well and stir into cheese mixture. Freeze in cake pan. Let thaw few minutes until able to cut into squares.
