Strawberry n Cream no bake Cheese Cake

My new Kraft Food & Family magazine came in this past weekend. My daughter made this Saturday. She was surprised how easy it was to make. It tasted wonderful! It does take alot of cream cheese! So grab your recipe here or go find your Kraft Food & Family magazine! Philadelphia strawberry n cream no bake cheese cake ( note the recipe called for peaches) 2 cups Graham Crackers Crumbs 6 Tbsp Margarine, melted 1 cup sugar, divided 4 pkg (8 oz ) cream cheese 1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry jello ( or Peach if your using peaches) 1 cup of fresh chopped strawberries ( or one can of Peaches in juice, drained, chopped) 1 tub of Cool Whip Mix: graham crackers, margarine and 1/4 cup of sugar, press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Beat: Cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in strawberries and coolwhip. Spoon over crust, cover. This is ready in 4 hours. Enjoy!

Frozen Fruit Salad

This is among my favorites. My sister makes something like this every year during the holidays, but hers is not frozen. You can leave out the nuts if you like. If you like cream cheese you will love it. My daughter has fallen in love with cream cheese recipes. This is a great one to try out. Frozen Fruit Salad 8 oz Cream Cheese 3/4 cup Sugar 1 can (16-20 oz) Pineapple tidbits, drained 1/2 cup chopped nuts (Pecans or Walnuts) 1 large container Whipped Cream topping (13 oz) 1 10 oz pkg Strawberries,, thawed. Beat sugar into cream cheese. Combine the rest of the ingredients well and stir into cheese mixture. Freeze in cake pan. Let thaw few minutes until able to cut into squares.
