White Clam Sauce

A very dear close friend taught me how to make this! Its easy, quick and makes you feel special! You have your Spring pie's below, now lets make a flavorful rich easy meal! White Clam Sauce 6 garlic cloves 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp basil salt to taste 5 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp oregano Grated Parmesan cheese 4 cans clams minced Lightly Brown 6 garlic cloves in the olive oil. Add parsley, basil, oregano and salt to taste. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Add clams with juice from can and simmer 5-10 minutes. Do not boil. Serve on top of pasta. Sprinkle generously with Parmesn cheese.

Strawberry Pie

Just one more pie to add to your spring time day! Plus Walmart is having a sale on Strawberries! Strawberry Pie 1 baked pie shell 1 pint fresh sliced strawberries 3 Tbsp corn starch 3 Tbsp strawberry jello 1 cup of sugar 1 cup hot water Slice strawberries and put into the baked pie shell. Combine the corn starch, jello, sugar and hot water and cook in sauce pan until thickened. Cool slightly and pour over sliced strawberries. Top with whipped topping. Chill in refrigerator .

Orange pie

I love pies especially different kinds, something you dont make every day! Orange pie is this type, it reminds me of spring time! Plus its been a crazy Monday and I need comfort food! Orange Pie 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 1 large container (8 oz) Whipped cream 1/2 cup lemon juice 2/3 pecans 1 (110z) can mandarin oranges drained Graham Cracker crust Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Add nuts and oranges. Fold in Whip cream. Pour into crust and sprinkle graham crumbs on top If you want to make two pies ( one for you and one for your family!! just kidding) add one more can of mandarin oranges, only. Enjoy a little bit of spring!
