Fruit Cocktail Cake

 Here is a new summer cake recipe I would love for you to try. Have you ever heard of a Fruit Cocktail Cake? Embrace this cake and I hope it brings back fondmemories of your childhood or maybe it makes you remember a special summer gone by! Summer is another one of my favorite time's of the year, when you can harvest fresh veggies from your garden and make sweet light cakes for dessert! Enjoy! 2 cup sugar 2 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 can fruit cocktail Mix all the above ingredients togetther and pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown. Icing: 1 cup Pet milk 1 stick butter 1 cup coconut 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup pecans Mix Pet milk, sugar, butter and vanilla. Cook for 10 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Let cake cool and add icing.
