Grilled Peaches
HEAT greased grill to medium-high heat.
Grilled Peaches
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 fresh peaches (1 lb.), cut in half, pitted
2 Tbsp. honey
Look for round, plump peaches that give slightly to gentle pressure. Peaches should have smooth, unwrinkled skins and a sweet aroma.
MIX sour cream, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
BRUSH cut-sides of peaches with honey. Grill 6 to 8 min. or until softened, turning occasionally.
SERVE topped with sour cream sauce.
