Hidden Veggie Sloppy Joes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice or Low Sodium V8®
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Topped Hamburger Buns
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate the meat. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the juice, ketchup and Worcestershire in the skillet and heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve in the rolls.
