Quick Veggie Soup

If you don't have time to make homemade soup here is a faivorite of miine. I call it Quick Veggie soup!

1 lb ground beef
1 can of tomato sauce
4 bouillon cubes (beef) 2 1/2 cups of water
1 16 oz package of frozen veggies (I like the carrots, tomato and okra blend)
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp salt
Garlic pepper to taste
1 tsp of cayenne pepper ( if you want a bit of spice)
2 cups of spiral noodles

Brown ground beef, drain and add to pot, add chopped onion. Add beef bouillon, frozen veggies and spiral noodles. Add salt, garlic pepper and cayenne. Cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are done. Enjoy!

Its Fall so lets bring on the soup!

There is nothing better in the fall then a warm piece of bread to dip in a hot cup of soup!
Here is a great soup that has fall written all over it! I usually buy a long loaf of French bread at Walmart or Publix. I love homemade bread!

A new job!

I have one more week at my old job! I know I will miss my co-workers and especially the patent's but I cannot make a living with my new set hours (24 weekly).
So I have already started my new job on my off days! I have really enjoyed it. I am going to nursing homes and drawing blood. Yes I have become a Vampire! I wonder if I will get to see the Cullens lol!

I read a little story today about hugs and want to share it with you!

Hugs are not only nice; they are needed. Hugs can relieve pain and depression, make the healthy healthier, the happy happier and the most secure among us, more secure.
Hugging feels good, overcomes fear, eases tension, provides stretching exercises if you're short and stooping exercise if you're tall.
Hugging does not upset the environment, saves heat and requires no special equipment. It makes happy days happier and impossible days possible!
So give someone a hug today! (There was no author to list)
