I was given this recipe years ago, its very easy and it only has 6 items, most of the time you may have all the ingredients on hand!
7-UP Cake
3 sticks of butter
5 eggs
2 Tbsp lemon extract
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
3/4 cup of 7 UP
Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes. Add 5 eggs, one at a time. Add 3 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons lemon extract. Fold in 3/4 cup 7 UP.
Pour into well greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
