1/3 cup butter or margarine
6 boneless chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can chicken broth
1 table spoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic
Cook until brown. Add broth and the next 3 ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
(I cooked this tonight and it was really good with real butter)
