Veggie Soup

I made up a veggie soup last night. It turned out pretty good or least I think it so. A good indication is when hubby goes back for his second bowl! Plus it was very cheap to make!

Veggie Soup

Brown 1 pound of Hamburger, drain and put in pot. Add 1 bag of frozen veggies with tomatoes. Add 6 cups water, one beef bullion, one regular can of Italian stewed tomatoes ( I bought the one with basil, oregano and garlic) half of box of pasta shells. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic for taste.
Simmer on medium heat for 25 minutes.

It doesn't sound like it would be flavorful, but it tasted great! As a matter of fact, I plan on warming a bowl with a grill cheese in a few minutes! My hubby is in Ga for baseball, teenager is out so Mom has the house to herself! Here I come comfort food!

Once we blew it up,(and yes it will blow up to 3 feet), the fun started! It was bounced on each other, thrown up in the air and placed on head's to fit like a hat! It with stood being bounced against the house and kicked across the front pasture,(we live in the country with acreage) by the time we gave it all we had, it looked like a very dirty, brown dusty huge inflated 3 foot pink ball! Yes it withstood all the fu…
