Ginger Pudding Cake

1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 table spoon molasses
1/2 of a spice cake mix
1/3 cup oats
3/4 tsp ginger
1 stick margarine melted

Spread frozen lemonade concentrate in a greased 9 inch square pan. Drizzle with molasses.
Place dry cake mix, oats and ginger in a large bowl and mix with a whisk.
Sprinkle dry mixture over lemonade in pan.
Pour melted margarine evenly over all.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Don't over bake. Serve hot topped with ice cream.

You can add 1/2 cup chopped pecans over cake mix before adding margarine.
