I recieved my Kraft food's Food and Family magazine and I just had to try this recipe.It was a very simple and quick recipe, which we all need now days! Enjoy! We did!
the best meatballs
2 lb ground beef
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 1/4 cups of water
Heat over to 400 (15 x 10x 1-inch ) pans with foil, spray with cooking spray.Mix ingredients until well blended, shape into balls, this should make 16 meatballs per pan. bake for 13-16 minutes or until done. Combine half of the meatballs with Tomato-basil cream sauce. Cool remaining meatballs and you can freeze for another meal!
Tomato -Basil sauce
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (14 oz)
2 oz cubed Cream Cheese
2 table spoons of fresh basil
Cook above ingredients for about three minutes or until blended, then add meatballs, stir to evenly coat meatballs. Top with Kraft gratd parmesan cheese before serving.
