Dragon's Breath Snack Mix!

Here is one of the recipes from Land O Lakes! DRAGON’S BREATH SNACK MIX This colorful snack mix has sweet and salty flavors with a bit of heat added for an extra surprise. Preparation time: 5 min Baking time: 10 min Yield: 18 (1/2-cup) servings 5 cups bugle-shaped corn snacks 3cups pretzel sticks 1/2cup peanuts 1/4cup roasted pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted 2tablespoons honey 1/2teaspoon red pepper 1/2cup red candy-coated milk chocolate mini kisses Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine corn snacks, pretzels, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds in large bowl. Stir together all remaining ingredients except candy-coated kisses in small bowl. Pour butter mixture over snack mixture; toss to coat. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Stir in candy-coated kisses. Store in container with tight-fitting lid. Squash Souffle

I am still in a squash kick! Here is a excellent recipe! Its not for the faint at heart! Sorry I need to watch my diet, but this one is'nt a diet conscious recipe! 2 pounds yellow squash, cooked and drained 2 onions chopped 1 cup mayo 12 saltine crackers ( about 1/2 cup crushed) 3 eggs beaten 1 small package of hidden valley ranch dressing 3/4 grated carrots 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole or baking dish.
