Grilling

Its still time to grill, although summer is almost over and I can smell fall in the air, even if its still in the 90-100 degree's grilling time is still here. Here is a great recipe if you like spices!

Red Hot Potatoes and Corn

4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
2 ears of corn, cleaned, cut in half
2 medium onions, peeled, sliced
1 cup hickory-flavored BBQ sauce
1/4 cup butter or margarine, sliced into 8 pieces
1/4 up tabasco green jalapeno sauce
1 large foil cooking bag

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir ito coat, Transfer ingredients to foil bag and seal edge tightly. Place on grill and cover, turning every 10 minutes. Remove when potoates are soft, about 20 minutes. Serve with additional jalapeno and BBQ sauce.
This will make about 4 servings.

If you dont have a favorite BBQ sauce this is a good one to try.
