Make Your Game Day Delicious With Pace®!

Campbell's Layered Dip RecipeThis comes straight from Campbell's Kitchen! (credit)
package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 
package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix 
can (about 16 ounces) refried beans 
jar (16 ounces) Pace® Chunky Salsa 
Shredded Cheddar Jack cheese 
Shredded lettuce 
Sliced pitted ripe olives (optional) 
Chopped tomatoes (optional) 
Tortilla chips 

How to Make It

  • 1
    Stir the cream cheese and taco seasoning in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a shallow serving dish.

    Spread the beans over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the salsa, cheese and lettuce. Top with the olives and tomatoes, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.

Fisher Nuts
What do you love about Super Bowl Sunday? It doesn't matter if you love the game, the commercials or getting together with friends. Everybody has a different reason for loving the biggest game of the year! Here are some great recipes from Fisher nut's that I am sure will please even the picky's eaters!  Spicy Asian Snack Mix

  • 6 cups wheat cereal squares
  • 1 ½ cups sesame sticks
  • 1 ½ cups Fisher® Premium Whole Cashews
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ cups wasabi peas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Coat a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl toss together wheat cereal, sesame sticks and cashews.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, teriyaki, sesame oil, sugar, cayenne pepper and salt. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until butter is melted. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, toss to coat.
  4. Transfer cereal mixture to prepared pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cool mixture in pan for 15 minutes.
  6. Toss in wasabi peas and serve.
