1 pkg.  (16.9 oz.)  KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Chicken Cacciatore 2 lb.  mixed small  boneless skinless chicken breasts and thighs 1   green pepper , cut into strips 1/2 lb.  sliced  fresh mushroom s 3 cups   rotini pasta , uncooked ADD  Simmer Sauce to slow cooker; top with chicken and vegetables. Turn chicken to coat with sauce. TOP  with Cooking Sauce; cover. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours). 15  MIN. BEFORE SERVING  cook 3 cups pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. SERVE  chicken mixture over pasta.
