4-6 pork chops
1 med onion sliced thin
5 cups of potatoes ( cubed mine)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 tsp oil
Brown pork chops in oil, reserve drippings. Layer potatoes and onion in 9 x 12 dish. Salt and Pepper to taste. Heat soup, milk and drippings until well blended. Place pork chops on top of layer of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 45 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
