My new Kraft Food & Family magazine came in this past weekend. My daughter made this Saturday. She was surprised how easy it was to make. It tasted wonderful!

Philadelphia strawberry n cream no bake cheese cake
( note the recipe called for peaches)
2 cups Graham Crackers Crumbs
6 Tbsp Margarine, melted
1 cup sugar, divided
4 pkg (8 oz ) cream cheese
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry jello ( or Peach if your using peaches)
1 cup of fresh chopped strawberries ( or one can of Peaches in juice, drained, chopped)
1 tub of Cool Whip
Mix: graham crackers, margarine and 1/4 cup of sugar, press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Beat: Cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in strawberries and coolwhip. Spoon over crust, cover.
This is ready in 4 hours. Enjoy!
