I found this recipe in Taste of Home. My family loves them fixed this way!
Mashed Potatoes
Cut and peel 6-8 potatoes
Boil till soft, remove from heat and drain
Add 4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk or more if desired.
Mix well and serve.
