This recipe is just the right dessert for a hot summer night. Enjoy!
2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 package (3oz) Peach jello
As many fresh peaches as you desire.
9 inch pie shell
In a saucepan, cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Then stir in 1/2 of a small package of peach jello. Cool. Slice peaches in pie crust, then pour the syrup mixture over the peaches. Top with whipped cream. Place in fridge for about 2 hours or time enough to chill.
