I found this easy recipe for a quick meal. Great to try when your in a hurry, but want a sit down meal at home. Also this recipe will not keep you in the kitchen all night.
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 1/3 cups quick rice
1 cup orange juice
1 can condensed chicken-rice soup
Brown pork chops in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a 12 x 10 x2 inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 mins. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
Yes it does take about an hour to cook, but the preparation is quick and I am sure you can or have something to do for an hour! Enjoy!
