I ran out of cat food yesterday! This is where I found Wilma when I came in from goofing off with my sister and Lauren!

This morning is wonderful, the air is off and the windows are open, a cool breeze is coming in and its smells like fresh cut grass. A very pleasant Sunday morning, a time to sat back and reflect. Then Bella hits Pebbie on the head and Fred (my older cat slaps Wilma his sister because he wanted to go outside and his mom didn't let him out quick enough). So much for reflection! I love all my cats and Bella ( she hasn't decided if she is a cat or a dog) but they are a handful, they think when mom is sitting doing nothing, I should at least be entertaining them! Yesterday my sister and my daughter took me out to lunch, we were celebrating my last weekend to be 49! We went to see Julia and Julie, you have to go see it, its a wonderful, very funny movie ! Then we went to Books a million, my sister surprised me with Julia Child's cookbook! It was a wonderful Saturday! Made me forget about turning "50" on Monday! Hubby called while were out and was asking how our day went...

Ham and Cheese Frittata 2 tablespoons butter 1 small onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 slices (6 ounces) ham, chopped 8 large eggs, at room temperature 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Directions 1. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large (12") nonstick skillet over low heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the ham and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a plate. 2. Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in a medium-size bowl and the whites in a large bowl. Lightly beat the yolks with the water, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff, but not dry, peaks. Fold the yolks into the whites. 3. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet over low heat. Pour in the eggs and s...

I love Friday's but don't know if I like this one, I was cutback to 2 1/2 days a week. (I work for a doctor 5days a week). Please put me in prayers as I look for another job. I really need full time work, although I am grateful I still have a job. Well on to other happier things. I want to take poll on what people like to read about. Any ideas would be helpful I haven't been blogging for long. So any suggestions would greatly appreciated! Have a Happy Friday!
