1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 1/2 cups water 1 tablespoon butter 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 16 double-wide soda crackers 1 (9 inch) pie shell DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, butter, cream of tartar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Break 16 (double) soda crackers into pie shell. Pour hot syrup over. Add top crust, seal and flute edges. Bake at 425 degrees 30 to 35 minutes.
